Can you layout our artwork / design?
Yes. We have a dedicated graphic designer and print specialist that can layout your scroll pen / banner pen artwork as per your specifications.
Our graphic designer will assess all artwork for possible problems or discoloration that could occur during printing if converting a PMS color to a process color. Banner-Pen USA offers industry low graphic design rates at USD$95 per job.
Can I prepare my own artwork?
Yes. We provide artwork templates and specifications which are very easy to follow for any graphic designer and you can email us your completed artwork when you are ready.
How long does it take to make my pens?
- STEP 1: Artwork Proof – 1 Business Day
Once your artwork is finalised, we create a photographic proof which is then emailed to you for your immediate approval. - STEP 2: Mass Production – 14 Days
It then takes around 14 days in total for mass assembly and completion of your order including around 7 days to print the personalized scrolls of your pen. Your pens are then packed and shipped. - STEP 3: Shipping:
Delivery times can range from 3-10 days depending on the destination.
Are custom fees or duties payable on the pens?
Local custom fees in the USA may be payable by the buyer. These fees are assessed by US customs and are not set or controlled by our company or the freight company. Due to the changing nature of the tarrifs and how they are applied, we are unfortunately able to advise if it is going to be charged or how much.
Are samples available?
Yes. Samples are available FREE OF CHARGE.
Are replacement ink inserts available?
Yes, replacement ink refills are available.
How Do I Start?
Simply place your order online via the website or contact our team directly now on info@banner-pen.com and we’ll get the ball rolling based on your needs.
If you prefer, you can get the artwork templates and specifications on our website to give to your graphic designer. Once artwork is completed, simply send us the completed artwork with your order and we’ll start proofing your job.
