Upon getting artwork approval from yourself, a ‘simulated’ image (proof) will be sent to you to show you how your personalized banner pen will look.

Then…

• Your banners / scrolls are printed (approx 7 Days)
• The pens are created with the banners / scrolls placed inside the pens (approx 14 days)
• Delivery to your address (5-7 Days)

From the time that final banner pens artwork and proof approval is provided we work on 4 weeks to have your personalized banner pens delivered to you.

IMPORTANT:  There will be a delay on all orders placed between the 15 Jan – 15th Feb 2019 as a result of Chinese New Year.  Please contact us before placing an order for more details on the delivery timeframes of orders placed during this period.
